Privacy notice · Last updated 10 October 2026

Your data, plainly.

What we collect when you visit this site or write to us, what we do with it, and the rights you have.

1. Who we are

This website, gg-music.info, is run by GG Music Productions, 21 Collyer Quay, Singapore 049320. GG Music Productions is owned by Grant and Graham Holding OÜ. In this notice "we" and "us" mean GG Music Productions. We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the organisation responsible for it (the "controller" under European and UK law).

For any privacy question, or to use the rights described below, write to hello@gg-music.info or to the postal address above.

2. What we collect

This is a small information site. It has no accounts, no forms and no advertising. We handle personal data in three situations only.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to send, which often includes details of a project, its budget, the people involved and the rights concerned.

When you accept analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address, which Google does not store), and your device and browser type. It identifies your browser with a random number held in a cookie. We do not see your name or email address in this data and we do not try to work out who you are. If you do not accept, Google Analytics is never loaded.

When your browser requests a page

Like every web server, our hosting provider's servers record technical log data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not sell it.

4. Who receives it

  • Google provides Google Analytics, and only if you accept analytics. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the provider is Google Ireland Limited. Elsewhere it is Google LLC.
  • Mijndomein, our hosting provider in the Netherlands, stores the site and its server logs.
  • Our email provider carries and stores the messages you send us.
  • Grant and Graham Holding OÜ and our professional advisers may see a project you send us where that is needed to assess it.
  • Authorities, where the law requires us to disclose information.

5. Transfers between countries

We are based in Singapore, our website is hosted in the Netherlands and Google processes analytics data on servers in several countries, including the United States. Your data may therefore be handled outside the country you live in. Where data protection law requires safeguards for such a transfer, we rely on an adequacy decision, on the EU and UK standard contractual clauses, or on the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension.

6. How long we keep it

  • Emails and project material: for as long as we are in discussion with you and up to two years after our last contact. If we invest together, we keep the records for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period the law requires afterwards.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps user-level data for two months. The analytics cookies in your browser last up to 13 months.
  • Your cookie choice: six months, after which we ask again.
  • Server logs: a short period set by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw a consent you have given. Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act gives you these rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR also give you the right to have your data erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, email hello@gg-music.info. We reply within one month. There is no charge. We may need to confirm your identity first.

You can also complain to a regulator: the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore, or the data protection authority of the country where you live. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

8. Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection. Access to our mailboxes and files is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us more personal data than a project needs.

9. Children

This site is a business site and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top. For how cookies work on this site, see our cookie policy.
